Unless they magically gained the ability to cover TEs, the gameplan involves raping them with Kelce.

https://i.gifer.com/Ljq.gif KC hasn't lost to Denver since 2015 ... Denver is a 5 win team from last year, quickly falling short of renewed expectations in week 3 and facing a KC team en fuego with the NFL's superbly talented new main attraction at QB. (see that's much better that solid) Biggest challenge... phttt. |

Is Lindsay playing? Saw he engaged in some fisticuffs in the pile.

Mahomes is going to attack this guy over and over and over again. |
The Broncos I believe are what most of us expected- Keenum was a product and beneficiary of an outstanding system and surrounding cast in Minnesota. He is having some early struggles in Denver and although he is a slight upgrade from the Trevor Siemian/Paxton Lynch days, in order for Denver to compete with us they will need a huge game from their defense. Not only will the Broncos defense have to stop our high octane offense I believe they will need to create several turnovers for this game to be competitive.
Interested to see how Andy Reid/Mahomes attacks this Denver defense. In the Alex Smith days we saw a lot of jet sweeps, option plays and quick screens to avoid having Von Miller the ability to pin his ears and rush the QB consistently. I imagine we will still see our fair share of those type of plays but in addition a new Mahomes flare if you will. Also interested to see how the offensive line holds up, this will be the best set of pass rushers we will see until Jacksonville. The offensive line has been better than expected so far this season and I hope that trend continues. Prediction: KC 35 DEN 24 |
I don’t expect Ford to play even if he’s relatively healthy. They’ve gotta be able to win this game without him. Time for Speaks/KPass to step up.
We’ll need Ford for JAX/NE. |

It's a funny scrum. In fairness, the Raven guy launched in with a cheap shot (against a Bronco so that's fine), and then the Bronco puncher dove in with the same intent. But the Bronco guy started punching right at the feet of an official, which wasn't a bright move. The funniest part is at 30 seconds from the other angle. You see Bolles completely whiff on the fumble recovery, and then he slowly backs away as the pile grows. Meanwhile Chase Keesum is just sitting there next to the pile. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/IdXdMFWewF4" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
This is a primetime game against a team who's defense has taken a massive step back.
Remember, that little **** Carr completed 90% of his passes against them. We're going in their to take their keys again. |
God damn I want to go to the game in Denver.
|
I have vowed to never attend a game in Denver. I would not walk out alive.
