It's a 2017. Base model '17 GT with a 6 Speed Manual. I bought it for the motor...didn't really care about having any wing dings and what nots on it.

I bought it new in September of 2017 for 29k and change after I sold my '73 Corvette. It's my second Mustang. I've actually owned 2 Mustang's and 2 Corvette's. I bought this with the Costco car buying service, which was pretty cool. 435 Horsepower for 30 grand, it's a bargain if you ask me. Car runs really strong.

It's my toy. I don't daily drive it. Only 2300 miles on it thus far...

Standby...I'll post a pic of the whole car in a sec.

Here is the car right after I bought it. I went with the "Ingot Silver" because White and Silver are easy to take care of. I like it...It's not overly flashy either...

Silver would look good with any wax.

Get a black car and get back to me.

she's a beauty - I was asking because I was going to see if you were interested in talking paint correction - DOES NOT APPLY!

But check out this thread, that's my baby, if you'd never seen her, post polish ;)

Oh, and as far as the detail goes etc.

I washed and clayed it prior to waxing. I had previously waxed it with Pinnacle Souveran, which is a more money than the wax I used today (Signature Series II).

The Souveran wax is evidently geared more toward darker colors, while the Signature Series is better for lighter colors. Frankly, I can't tell that much of a difference. The car looks great with either one.

Stuff is a bit spendy though. Signature Series II is $60.00 for an 8 ounce tub, while Souveran is $100 for a tub of the same size.

People probably think that's crazy to spend that much for an automotive wax, but you really do get what you pay for. Mostly in the effort required to use the product. This stuff goes on like butter, it smells wonderful, and it is super easy to remove. No elbow grease required. This isn't Simonize or Turtle Wax paste like your dad used. It's literally a wipe on, wipe off product. No drying to a haze, no powder residue, all that crap. A very high quality product that is wonderful to use.

That said, I still use Turtle Wax Ice Spray wax on my Truck. It's only $10.99 at Autozone, and it does an adequate job for a daily driver. For my toy, just like to go the extra mile. Detailing my cars is kind of a small hobby I guess. :)

My last Mustang was black. I swore off black vehicles after owning that thing. It looked absolutely gorgeous detailed though. Real pain in the ass to keep it clean.
