The Chiefs HAD to know that this pick would create a stir. They must be TOTALLY confident that the kid has turned his life around. The kid's gonna have to be squeaky clean (and I'm talking Dane clean) lest the Chiefs end up looking really, really bad on this one.

No, what I'm saying is he could be a guy who did something really stupid and after having his life turned upside down legally and educationally he might have learned something and grew up and deserves a second chance. I would have preferred Jakeem Grant who just went to Miami, but if this guy has turned his life around could be exceptional.
