In this draft, trading down is a great idea.

The 1st pick has as much value as the 20th pick. There is no standout player this year.

B Albert wants to be a chief.

Things are slow right now on contract talks but he kniws the regime has more things to focus on.

Doesnt care about the money. He only cares about being the best LT in the NFL.

Wanting to trade down is one thing. Finding a willing partner is another. It doesn't mean a deal will happen even if they want it to. I don't think many teams will be willing to trade up in this particular draft. The Chiefs probably aren't too keen on moving down too far, and I doubt a team in the 5-10 range would be willing to deal a high 2nd round pick to take a player in the top of this draft.

Teddy Bridgewater could be a very good player next year. I was looking at him for the Eagles because Vick probably won't be here past 2013.

So if we stay at 1 we should just take Geno then right? Cause he's worth the 20th pick.

Well, Mr Bigglestein, it only takes one team with a Hardon for one player to find us a partner and there are at least 3 teams in the 5-10 range that could fit that bill.

Depends entirely on what Dorsey and Reid think of him. We're gonna find out fairly soon. If we trade for Alex Smith, then that says they don't believe in him or Barkley.
