I am in a league where you have the opportunity to to play 3 QBs at once...

I have:

-P. Manning (vs Eagles)
-Dalton (@ Browns)
-Cutler (@ Detroit)

...because QB's are such a hot commodity in our league, I picked up Ostrich neck Glennon yesterday morning as soon as news brome that he would be starting. I was planning on just holding him for trade bait as all the starters in our league (of 14) are taken and some teams have only 1-2 qbs.

That said, Glennon is project to perform slightly better this week than both Dalton and Cutler as he is playing at home against Arizona.

Do you take a chance and bench either Cutler or Dalton this week in favor of Glennon?

I wouldn't bench Cutler for him. I might give him a shot over Dalton though just because Arizona has allowed so many passing TDs this year (7).

Thanks!

And I was thinking that maybe the Browns defense may be a bit more amped coming home off a win against a divisional opponent.

Joe Haden will be on A.J. Green all day.....and the Brown's front 7 isn't completely shitty. It might be a tough day for Dalton.

a) God no

b) Your league is super reeruned for giving the option to start more QBs (42) than teams.

It looks like the league just allows QBs in flex slots so they're not going 42 QBs deep.

This...

We have 1 QB position and 2 "offensive utility" spots where you can play a QB/RB/TE/WR.

It is pretty fun actually as the value of your shitty QBs increased. Good RBs and WRs dropped pretty far. And yes..there aren't 42 starters in the league...but those who invested high picks in QB's in order to be able to land 3 starters (such as myself) ended up with average skill position players. So it balances pretty well in the end. That said, yours truly is sitting in 1st at 3-0. (Thanks Peyton)

I would do it again...

Which is my point. Excluding bye weeks, 4 out of 14 teams can start a 3rd QB, giving them a huge leg up over the other 10 teams.

It's asinine.

Not really...

The guy in 3rd right now has 1 QB...Jake Locker.

He also has AP, Lesean McCoy, and Charles...

1st-me (3 QB)
2nd-(3 QB)
3rd (1 QB)
4th (2 QB)
.
.
.
14th (3 QB)

If I didn't have Peyton and he was replace by practically any other QB, I wouldn't be in 1st...

Being in a league such as this...I know that is does balance out.

It's different, but not asinine.

Is there a scoring difference between QBs and other positions? QBs = 4 point TDs while everyone else gets 6 points?

Yup...

What you said,

QB=4

Everyone else = 6

It probably is more generic than that. My guess is that passing TDs are 4 and rushing TDs are 6 regardless of whether it's Darren McFadden or Cam Newton scoring them.
