If they are willing to nickel and dime for $400,000 then I think we will see more re-structures and moves on mid-tier FA's by next week. I believe some cut candidates will emerge once the Chiefs acquire some of these guys. Harris and Gaines should be worried...

Free-agent CB Marcus Cooper (Cardinals) signed a three-year deal with the Chicago Bears Saturday, March 11. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
