All I've heard for the past six months is that the Chiefs need to draft and develop a QB. Andy Dalton was drafted and is still developing. To unequivocally state that he'll never lead the Bengals to playoff victories after two standout seasons and two first round wildcard losses flies in the face of this mantra.
