I bet Pioli won't sleep much this week, between the Ravens and this.

Perhaps resignation would make you feel better, Scooter?

This is a great story:

Quote:

This is is how you hold your football team accountable. In late 1988 the Chiefs were steamrolling their way to a 4-11-1 season. Chiefs fans were angry so 810 KCMO Sports DJ ED BIELER said everyone needs to write a letter to Lamar Hunt and demand change.

In 1988 The Chiefs had a radio jingle to sell tickets sung by the Kansas City's legandary Blues Vocalist Ida McBeth and it went HARD HITTING GOOD TIME KANSAS CITY CHIEFS... Well it was late in the 1988 season and Ed Bieler told everyone to bring signs to the stadium so Lamar could see their signs of unhappiness as well as the letters he was getting in the mail.

Thousands of Chiefs fans showed up at Arrowhead that day and many had signs that read SOFT HITTING BAD TIME KANSAS CITY CHUMPS... One week later Lamar Hunt fired GM Jim Shaff & VP-Jack Steadman. Of course Lamar hung onto Jack Steadman and moved him to a different spot in the orginization.

Then the Chiefs hired Carl Peterson before the final game of the 1988 season. The rest was Chiefs history...

We are ALL Chiefs fans and we demand a winning product. I totally support this decision for a fly over because Clark Hunt needs to see and experience the same thing his dad experienced. And Clark Hunt needs to see and hear the passion of the fans and make the change.

We need a new regime. ... FIRE PIOLI!!

People need to do this shit. Or sign a petition or something. A couple thousand signs and or signatures will get Hunt's attention.

Doesn't surprise me, but the Chiefs haven't been to a Superbowl since he played.

Was just thinking about the game played right after Carl was let go. There was a sign that said "Carl Free"

"Scott Free" sounds so damn perfect.

LMAO at the idea of having two banners in two stadiums owned by Clark Hunt in front of 2 teams he owns and 1 team he used to own.

The banner flying over the MLS stadium should read 'Free the Chiefs like the Wizards.' If it flew over while SKC was there that would be doubly delicious. LOL.

I'm sure a sore point with CHunt and his family HAS to be what the Wizards have done since they sold the team. LMAOLMAOLMAOLMAO
