Why did this happen? Is this real life?

On the one hand, it's stupid and unfunny. On the other hand, it is scenes directly from the movie Bloodsport and it looks pretty much exactly like one of those weird Mentos commercials. So it's marginally brilliant, in an unfunny, odd sort of way.
