As long as you come back you always have a chance to reach your goals man. Eat good and lift on a consistent basis after 3 weeks you'll see your gains. After a few months other people will comment.

So I've been doing upper/lower split 4 days a week. About 20 mins of cardio 3-4 days a week and 1 HIIT class.

Was thinking about switching it up and doing Upper/Lower/Push/Pull/Legs

Is that just too much especially on a cut?

The "eat good" part of it has always been my crutch. I'm a lot better than I used to be but I also drink beer too often (is that possible) so my fails have always been in the kitchen... I'm like adam sandler in click when he wakes up and hes all fat shaking his body after I go to the gym for 32 minutes expecting to be super cut and thin with ripped abs

BTW I just got my stats from Strava (a cycling/running tracking app) and I rode my bicycle 2,678 miles in 2018.

That's roughly from San Francisco to Boston.

and rode/Climbed 34 vertical miles.

You can do it, guys!

(being unemployed from June to September helped) :thumb:
