"Oh... it's broke. It's broke."
- Derek Carr (lip-reading)

It sucks. Division was strong.
|
Damn. I hate the Raiders but you never wanna see that
|
Karma got tired of hearing Oakland and Del Rio's pathetic excuses and decided to give them a real one, IMO.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
Disgusting fan
|
If the Chiefs don't AT LEAST make the AFCCG, they are complete frauds.
Tom Savage, Matt Moore, Matt McGloin/Alex Smith. Wild Card Weekend, everybody! |
Let's see the NFL fix this leg like they have done to half the Raiders games this season
|
Dang.

Wow.
McGloin may not score at all against the Broncos in Denver. Holy shit. If the Chiefs can win out (huge if), that #2 seed is ours. |

This is our chance to take back the division. Man up and win out. Surely Denver can shut down McCloin and beat them.

Did his mascara run?
He's got the lowest pain threshold I've seen since Ed McCaffrey used to do his floppy fish routines. Why is Mariucci wearing a Chiefs sweater? That's cool. |

Team game, Oakland should be fine.

I'll acknowledge that you don't want to see a human being get hurt, but from a competitive standpoint it's nice to start seeing some equity start to emerge since the Chiefs have been missing both of their best players pretty much the whole season. |

Unless there was an obvious fracture to his malleoli (Assuming this is high ankle or ankle damage), you're going to need a MRI to assess integrity of the ligaments.
|
Now the raiders will know what it's like to be missing the best player on one side of the football

Tomorrow's game is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.
KC wins the final 2 they win the division. |
Playoffs could feature:
Tom Brady Alex Smith Ben Rothlisberger/Joe Flacco Matt Moore Matt McGloin Tom Savage/Matt Cassell |
Can McGloin win in Denver? I could see it somewhat...
Oh well. Chiefs need to just do their part first. |

Raiders are mostly offense. And Mcgloin is starting. |
Jesus Christ Mariota and car breaking their fibulas in the same day, it's like the NFL is trying to roll out the red carpet for the Chiefs to succeed in the playoffs or something this is huge

Omg omg. I was hoping this Sunday night will have meaning. Thanks Colts. Hate rooting on an injury but damnit this is the Chiefs year.

From the Interwebz:
It takes at least 6 weeks for the broken bones to heal. It may take longer for the involved ligaments and tendons to heal. As mentioned above, your doctor will most likely monitor the bone healing with repeated x-rays. This is typically done more often during the first 6 weeks if surgery is not chosen. Maybe he'll be ready for the Super Bowl? |
I don't like seeing injuries for any team. Such a crappy break for the team and the fans. I don't care how cruddy Raider fans have been about KC's injuries. Wondering what could have been sucks.

I was just wondering today if the NFL was going to pick the Patriots (payback for taking the fall on the Peyton Manning farewell tour) or the Raiders (La$ Vega$), and I thought the Raiders might be the pick. But now they may have no choice but to pick New England. That's good, though, because otherwise they'd have to pick New England in 2017.

Amputation? Seriously? That's crazy. We gotta have a Carr that runs well in Chokeland. I like a strong Faiders team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Between injuries to opposing QBs and absolutely bizarre victories, the Chiefs could not have an easier path to the Super Bowl.

Tough break. That essentially ends their season. Too bad it had to happen like that, but thats the NFL.

why the **** he can't play with broken fibula? He's always in the shotguns and OL is so good he never be touched anyways.

I never feel sorry for the Raiders. Carr will be in a pain in our ass for years. We lost DJ and nobody even touched him. Such is football.

And I understand your point saying 0 playoff success in those 3. I personally don't think the Cowboys will win the NFC(Atlanta is my pick). But there is honestly 0 reason for the Chiefs not be in the AFCCG if they win the division and have a chance vs New England in New England. |
