Vivian Meier Documentary: Stunning!
 

Last night I didn't want to suffer through the Grammys, so I stumbled upon this documentary about a street photographer named Vivian Meier. She was an ultra-eccentric woman who was born in NYC, lived in France for awhile, and setttled in the midwest -Chicago mostly- living as a single woman, and an in home nanny. She was a totally weird agent, but was savant-like in her photography skill. Stunning pictures of street life from NYC and Chicago in the 1950's and 1960s.
