Weis left the Chiefs for Florida to help get his son into coaching, so I guess becoming a head coach wouldn't negatively impact that goal. That said, I seem to remember that the Weis family didn't love living in KC and were happy to move down to Florida.

Weiss would be a terrible fit for a school that doesn't put football on a pedestal. He doesn't seem like a guy who could deal with a team that averages 34k in attendance.

Well that shouldn't be a problem if the team wins. When KU was winning, they were filling the stadium, even against podunk teams.

As for Weiss, I don't like it. From what I'm hearing form ND fans, he was an arrogant jackass while at ND and that turned a lot of folks off, including recruits. Plus, he ignored the defense.
