There's a thread in the media center with more details.

I think Colbert outdid Taram on Rubio. effing homerun

And how stoked are people for Sound City Players? Grohl, McCartney, Knicks, Fogerty Springfield? Give me an effing break.

Why not just throw in Ghandi, Jesus and MLK?

****ER!!

3 more listens.

Forget what I said in the pictures section of CP about wanting to be The Stig, I want to be a fat black chick in a southern fried rock band.

Joel McHale also killed with like 10 drink breaks on The Soup. Water, Hennessy, Gasoline, yogurt. The rest of the show was so good it raised the bit.

The California Condors bit, the post Grammys hair pulling drunk chicks [not in a fight, but the girl getting her hair pulled couldn't even walk], Taylor Swift's gay clown. Epic.

Honey Boo-Boo's mom's deep love of Pizza Hut's Aaron Rodgers dinner box.

"Write a song about waffles. They're delicious and easy to write songs about."

ROFL

Hole bowl, ass-caraffe, or crotch pot.

I just can't get over this. It's like watching The Last Dance and Woodstock at the same time.

That chick not only has an EPIC voice but she shreds on guitar.

WTF????

With this chick and the emergence of Lena Dunham, are dumpy chicks just going to take over the world?

Kim Jin-Oon may actually be future of Earth.

And for me, Tippy came out of nowhere, because Nasim Pedrad has been, other than her hilarious Kardashian, pretty forgettable. But Tippy's "or something" *eyebrow raise* *eyebrow raise* was comedy.

God I hated Kristen Wiig. I've never found her funny. Can't really pinpoint why.

It's just so ****ing good. It reminds of every good piece of bluesy Southern Rock that I've ever heard except that it's different enough to be fresh.

Justin Timberlake is hosting tonight. Here's hoping for a new Lonely Island clip. :)

Timberlake is really the only good thing about SNL nowadays unfortunately...

Yeah, pretty much.

I'll actually record this one. I've tried watching SNL a couple of times the last year or so and came away thoroughly unimpressed.

Timberlake is great though. I expect him to make this a good one.

Tonight might be a good one. Steve Martin posted a picture on Twitter yesterday of him, Dan Aykroyd, Chevy Chase, Martin Short, Paul Simon, Loren Michaels and Tom Hanks hanging out together. I imagine some of them will probably appear on the show tonight.

McClusterfunk 03-09-2013 02:10 PM

I hope they do another Barry Gibbs Talk Show.

That's so easy to say and has been said about someone or other [or dismissed altogether] since season 2.
