I can't profess a strong preference for book or movie first, so long as either [or both] are quality.

The instance that comes to mind is The Godfather, two very different experiences, both very fulfilling in different ways.

Yes, I have skipped a lot of the King movies. Although there are some damned good ones out there. Most taken from his early days.

And Godfather is one of the books I read after I saw the movie. It was excellent.

Finally got around to renting season 6, watched it all in one sitting

I'm worried about Jon Snow though, if the Red Witch can bring him back to life... she might just be able to undo that magic now that Jon banished her

Was thrilled to finally be rid of that ****ing 'High Sparrow' and his followers

But yeah, THIS season is going to be balls to the wall... let the war begin!

I've completely given up on GRRM ever actually publishing another book. The last couple were pretty blah and with a good editor, probably would have been a good single book.
