there isn't even a realistic trade offer for Brady, since, you know, he isn't tradeable.

Maybe if the Colts were like "sup bros we'll give you Luck for Brady" then maybe, and this is still a maybe considering the impact Brady has for Boston fans, the Pats say yes.

What's that give us? 3? 4 years max? No guarantee that all of those would be at a high level, either.

It would be tempting...I don't think the Patriots would trade him, but they always seem to get rid of guys when not much is left on the wick and they drafted Mallett pretty high.
