I think a good rule of thumb for when the hype cycle has peaked on a newish company is when word makes it's way down and it gets posted about on a random football team message board.

You could probably form a good strategy based on shorting any individual stock that gets posted about in this thread.

My rule of thumb is to wait until the market is at an all time high, buy in with both barrels and put my hands in the air like I'm at the top of a roller coaster.

Meh, Bought TDOC this week.

Canopy Growth Stock (CGC) has gone up almost 50% in the past week.

I posted about this company months ago. I hope some of you got on it.

It had tanked the previous month or so but it's shot back up now. Aurora Cannabis is coming back nicely too. Probably keep going up until October 1st when they start selling the recreational marijuana in Canada.

IQ will probably test $31 - 31.50 on the way up.

Clay bought that IQ stock at probably the absolute worse time he could have.

I have an IRA. about 14k. I get a whopping $425 standard distribution a year, but it is earning 1.5%
