I didn't think season 2 was much better than season 1. Dragged quote a bit. Season 3 is where it really gets good.

I watched it when I was recovering from surgery and binged the hell out of it.

Nice, I'll try it out on Netflix. It's always been my favorite era of the Star Wars timeline.

Just curious, when do the blurays generally come out for star wars movies? About how many months?

I actually quit in the beginning of season 2, came back about 6 months later. I was wrong, it actually is the middle / end of season 2 where it picks up. Albeit slowly. Starts to pick up from S02E02, The Mandalore Plot. Each season gets better until season 5, which is the best of the series, IMO.

So you should be good by the end of season 2, but I'll admit I watched a lot of that season while focusing on other things. Like my grass growing.

Friends who’ve seen it have loved it but I hear a lot of people hate it. Seems to be polarizing.
