Its similar.

The difference is Ryan is the only person that sees Wilfred as a person.

Kind of what I thought as well, but I like Seth McFarlane so I will most likely see it.

Looks hilarious.

Demonpenz 06-16-2012 10:48 PM

It would be cool to see Ted and Wilford together in a episode.

Wilfred would make Ted his slave bitch.

This move looks ehh. It might be really funny who knows....I know one thing, is that I won't be seeing this in theatres. Don't go to movies at all that much unless it's something that I REALLY want to see like Avengers, Dark Knight Rises etc. It just costs too much to go to the movies. Especially now w/ the 3D Imax stuff, you could be paying around $15-20 for a ticket. Ripoff. Sometimes you have to make a choice and decided just how much is enough.

Looks like a blind buy to me. I laughed pretty hard at the previews alone. Could be good.

Im pretty sure alot of people feel the same way now.

While alot of big movies are technically making more money than movies from years ago, its because ticket prices are so much higher, not because more tickets are being sold. In fact less tickets are being sold.

Alot of smaller, mid range movies for adults are not being made much anymore because people dont go to see them in theaters and they cant jack up the prices with 3D and IMAX.

Mosteverything today is marketed and packaged with as much mass market appeal as possible, which in a way, makes it more bland.

I also think this would be much funnier if Seth McFarlane wasn't the voice over.

His voice is very distinctive. When I hear it I think Family Guy, as do probably most people. I think he should've just been a writer/producer etc, and had someone else do the voice over.

I'm sure they think a lot of people will see it because he is the voice and Family Guy has such a huge following. With him being the voice we know this will have a certain humor to it whereas if he is a writer/producer it's hard to know for sure how much he is really involved.

IMDB lists McFarlane as the director and writer so im pretty sure he was 100% involved.
