I thought I might run out of money if I lost all my bets. I was unsure of how much the house was taking and I had lost all the $15000, I began the week with.

I've never saw anyone explain a contingency bet before. I thought the only contingency bet was not enough money. Please show me where you have to post a condition or its disallowed?

Well, usually the contingency is based on one bet paying off. In your case, both games were going on at the same time, hence my confusion.

If your contingency was based on simply having enough money in your account, then you should have said exactly that. I don't read minds here.

Undecided.

On one hand, I feel like I should allow it considering that you had plenty of money to cover it.

On the other hand, I have been very consistent about disallowing bets where the intent was not 100% clear.

EDIT: You know what? I went back in time and looked at other contingency bets and they are almost always made with the assumption that funds were available after previous games outcomes.
