Those chicken or pork dealies to the right look very intriguing as well. |
Clay have you ever met Taco John from the Orange Mane? If you ever get together with him in person, I want stories and pictures.

They're all over up here in North Dakota. I don't think Taco Bell made their first appearance up here until 15 years ago or so. Taco John's is just better(at least most of the menu is). Potato Ole's FTW!

So I went to Taco John's off of 151st across from Garmin today...also.
Scary. |
Cilantro cream sauce, radish slices, fresh cut cabbage, fresh fried flounder cut up as soon as you get to shore, lime with everything, legit pastor, sweet barbacoa pork, pico thats correctly marinated and salted, homemade tortillas made with real mexican lard, tomatillo salsa is pretty good, steak yumminess, avocados, deep fried tortillas on occasion, jalaps, roasted poblanos, chipotle sour cream... **** I could go on for days, so many awesome things to put in a taco (obviously not all at once)
I ****ING LOVE TACOS! |
I stay in Kansas for about a week every year and basically alternate between TJ's and Long John Silver's for a couple nights during the stay. The hotel room toilet gets absolutely wrecked. LMAO
TJ's is great a couple times a year though and the potatoes dipped in that cheese is anus wrecking good. :thumb: |

Grilled nachos on a weber grill are awesome too.. Super smoky flavor, perfect with jalaps on them with beef, chipotle cream, tomatoes, green onions, tapatio.. Mmm
