So it appears they have kicked off the CB market...and not in a good way.

Cox is talented but he's always hurt. If he can get $5 million/season for 4 years (with the first two guaranteed at that rate), then the market at the top for a CB is probably going to hit that $6-7 million mark.

Man...I just cannot convince myself that I love the idea of giving Sean Smith that kind of money.

Who gives a shit what KC pays him? You're not cutting the check.

Don't know much about him other than he plays like a true #1 DB when he's on the field.
