One of the most annoying diet fads in history.

I've been tested for this and came up negative. Recently I've been eating healthy and I've cut gluten out completely, it really is crazy how much better my stomach feels all the time. Gluten is a real thing.

There is plenty of research that suggests gluten intolerance isn't real.

Less than 1% have true gluten intolerance. You feel better because of all the other crap you have removed from your diet by trying to limit your gluten intake.

I know, I'm just saying. I don't believe in gluten thing and it pisses me off because I have family members who think they have it and that's all they talk about. I'm on your side here.

I can't have wheat but I can have other grains with gluten. Was tested.

Actually, my suspicion is the wheat being grown and it's processing that's more of a problem and too much of it than "gluten" itself.

I was at the restaurant the other day and some asshole eating a sandwich gave me second hand gluten.

I've talked to people who say they try to buy gluten free products I ask them what is gluten and how does it help not eating it?

They can never explain, like someone said earlier its a fad.

Sounds like voodoo to me....

We were at Olive Garden a month ago and the table next to us the mom was asking so many questions to multiple people about what was gluten free that we we had arrived ate and left before they even got their food. The Manager asked if her daughter was Gluten intolerant and at the end she said," No, I just don't want her to have Gluten."
