Even at halftime down by 9, i still felt good. The weirdest feeling I have ever had being down as a Jayhawk fan.

Funny...I was trying to talk friends off the ledge at halftime. I thought we played well the first half, despite the TO's and poor shooting. I know that sounds funny. But I figured the cold shooting would turn around and we'd dominate the second half, which ended up being the case.

I think we come out blazing tonight. No fooling around

Bill Self -- that's the explanation. Plus, I remember the feeling of "crap, they're going to lose because they can't make a basket" pretty well from when Roy coached at Kansas, and it was one of those games for UNC. I knew as long as Kansas started hitting a few more easy baskets and did away with some of the really dumb turnovers, they had a really good chance at making a run that never quite happened against WKU.

It's going to get extremely tough from here on out.

Michigan is gonna be a tough TOUGH game...their guards are really good.
