He's having a pretty solid season. His WHIP and ERA are very good this year. He's been pretty solid in Omaha. He's certainly a candidate for September call ups, and he's absolutely on the radar for 2014 Spring. He's definitely a back of the rotation guy.

I don't know how anyone can declare Myers a stud already? How quickly we forget what Moose and Hoz did when they hit the MLB stage. One has regrouped a bit since then but the other is lying flat on his face.

New rule: anyone who brings up Myers must also bring up Lough. Who is batting over .300 and playing excellent defense in RF as proven by the advanced metrics. Not sure how long Lough will continue it but if he's really another DeJesus.....does it matter if we gave up a Mike Cameron?

I'd feel a lot better about Lough if his OBP weren't so dependent upon his average.
