Based on the code I wrote two years ago, it looks like it is shut down between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM EDT.

What does this mean? (major difference is in bold)

1. you can still draft if you are on the clock.
2. if you come on the clock you autopick will still work
3. if you come on the clock, your draft clock will not expire until 7:00 EDT
4. all other board functions should work as normal.

I doubt too many more picks will get made tonight. I think there will be one more pick made when the clock counts down then it is up to who ever is awake and/or has their autopick on. After the current clock, no more should expire tonight.

It sucks because I want some players that are lower on the available list over the ones that are higher. Is there anyway to sort it?

Move players off of the left list onto the middle list using the arrow button. If you are on a mobile device and can't see or scroll the whole list, type in the search box for the players name or position and it will bring those to the top.

Once they are on the middle list you can drag and drop to sort them. The true order of players on the middle list (your draft board) will be shown after a page refresh.
