We received some Flathead Cherries from Montana and much more so than we could eat ourselves, even after a gave a huge bag to the neighbors. So I took about a liter of whiskey, halved a good amount of cherries and pitted them and infused the whiskey with them for a week. Made a great spiked cherry-lemonade drink for the pool yesterday. Comes out with a taste like Red Stag but without the artificial taste.
