Agreed. This is definitely the best show not on a major movie network like HBO or Showtime or something of sorts. On a sidenote anyone see the commercial for the new FX show "Justice" premiering in March? It looks rather good as well. Timothy Olyphant stars in it. I've usually enjoyed his work.

I'm subscribed to the Breaking Bad thread, and no one has posted anything new. My ****ing weak-assed cable doesn't carry AMC, so I don't know if the new season has even started yet.

i dont know how much more they could have really done. THey didnt close every storyline. Left 2 open, so they can possibly revisit them in future seasons.

I've got no idea when season 3 starts, though I wish it started tomorrow. However something tells me (lets call it a hunch) that they probably haven't even filmed Season 3 yet. I suppose I could always be wrong though.

Don't think it has officially been picked up for a third season though there shouldn't be a reason it doesn't. This is how it went last year according to Wikipedia.

"Production of the new season began on April 23, 2009;[9] Season two premiered on Tuesday, September 8"

According to some other articles I read it has. Also check imdb.com There's a third season list there as well. According to it though the air date has yet to be determined. I found a couple other sites though while searching saying March 2010. So that's what I'm going with until I hear otherwise. Breaking Bad is another show I really wish was on an HBO or Showtime so they could really extend the limits of the show. Still a great one regardless.

Great show last night.

Didnt care much for the kidnapped baby storyline. Thought it was a little too melodramatic. Overall, was pleased. Zobell will definately be back at some point.

Yeah, I thought it was great up until the irish guy/zobell's daughter were killed and then the baby kidnapping. All of that just didn't work for me. Still a good show, though.

Show last night garnered series-high ratings (week before had been a series low for some inexplicable reason). Announced today it's picked up for a third season.

Ok, I got here without reading any of the previous posts because I just picked this up on Blu-Ray ($27 at Best Buy through Saturday). I watched the first 5 episodes, and I'm diggin' it. Jackson's mom seems like she is pretty evil. Can't wait to get off work to watch more episodes. I should be able to finish off season 1 by tomorrow.

Ok I started season 2 yesterday and just finished it now. First. Of all **** ZOBELL and **** STAHL. Secondly, Prospect, we hardly knew ye. Thirdly, I want to say that IRA guy who stole the baby is gonna get knife-raped, but Zobell didn't die after raping Gemma, so who knows.

Fourthly I can't take much more of Stahl's busted ass face. She was prettier in Season one. Not sure if her face is like that IRL or if its make up after Otto ****ed her shit.

By the way according to the imdb page, season 3 is due to start in September of 2010 and the season is scheduled for 13 episodes.

I watched all the episodes on DVD and I torrented season 2 so this is the first time I'm watching this show on TV.

Kurt Sutter knows how to kick off seasons. He gots you thinking, ok, kick back season starter, nothing big, just see a depressed Jax. Gemma goes to see her Dad, then bam, 0-60 in 2.0 seconds. lol

Hale is dead for sure, his brains were coming out the back of his head. It was a pretty boring episode til the end.

episode was pretty lame, the only thing that bothers me is the preview for the season didn't exactly "wooo" me either.

But I am a fan of the show so I'll be watching fo sho.

Hopefully the kidnapped baby thing doesnt drag on all season...but it probably will.

They need to bring back Zobell at some point. He was a great villain.

I'm just not feeling it this season, although I thought they ended the episode effectively again.

I'm falling behind on this show. My interest hasn't been piqued this season through the first couple of shows, for whatever reason. Gotta give it a second chance.

The first couple of episodes weren't good at all but it's picked up the last few weeks.

This.....really kicked into high gear the last few weeks.
