What's your super-easy, throw-and-go party food?

Just looking for ideas. Mine is Li'l Smokies and barbecue sauce in the slow cooker, usually with Club Crackers. They always get devoured.

3 blocks cream cheese, 2 cans hot Rotel, 1 lb ground sausage. Heat and serve with tortilla chips. You’re welcome.

You have to cook the sausage, right? That seems like a lot of work right now.

Au gratin potatoes, served on a sheet pan

My wife likes to throw together a mix of pretzels, Snyder's cheddar cheese pretzel pieces, Goldfish, White Cheddar Cheez-Its and crunchy Cheetos. They always get devoured.

Same. Jimmy Deans hot breakfast sausage and Velveeta. If I have cream cheese on hand I'll throw it in.

Yep. My recipe is "Lay's". I think that offers a better presentation than Pringles.
