I feel good about this pitching matchup, but I also liked the matchup last night before the Royals engaged in that debacle that they call a baseball game, so I just don't know.

Don't like trotting Ibanez out to field 2 days in a row. But hopefully it's just to get him some at bats to get him on his feet. And if it's that and rotating guys a day off and it continues with getting Hos and/or Billy a day off on friday I might like it. But after that, he shouldn't be starting everyday.

Well, Cain certainly looks like he could use a day off. Butler however needs to be next.

BEAT MINNESOTA.

We just have to win these kinds of series. We really should sweep these kinds of series. When Detroit is bludgeoning the Twins/Astros and we're bitching about our schedule, think back to our opportunities.

Detroit very recently lost 2 of 3 to Houston. And took 2 of 3 from Minny two weeks prior.

3-3 is not exactly "bludgeoning" the opposition.
