Freddy would get worked out even though he put up a decent fight against Jason.

Jason doesn't sleep so i don't know how Freddy would hurt him at all.

The story was a bunch of bullshit. I want to say the kids in the film drugged Jason up so he fell asleep. He was in the dream world for a little bit where Freddy was torturing him but once he started to wake up he grabbed onto Freddy and brought him into the real world..

It was pretty entertaining though, that's for sure.
