I think there's a clip in that trailer of the giant trying to break through underneath the wall, so hopefully... yes.

Hope they leave what happens to Ygritte - and who did it - somewhat ambiguous. Torture poor Jon Snow.

The trailer looks like it showed Theon in armour. That works be a pretty huge break from the 'Reek' story line.
