Well, I'm three deep and about 3/4 way through a Heineken. I feel kind of a cloud over my head. But not like a weed cloud, more like an early coke cloud without the throat drainage.

I have had a lot of experience with pain meds because of sports injuries. Percocet always worked pretty awesome. I just got my wisdom teeth out last week and they gave me vicodin and they have worked just as well. One time I got 750 mg for a broken leg......vedddy nice (in a Borat voice)

Makes me puke pretty quickly. I can't keep them down long enough for it to do any good. Pain pills and I don't dance very well together. Morphine sends me to Wonderland. I've done some crazy out-of-my-mind shit every time I've had to take morphine. Nurses hated me when I was on morphine. Made me confused and angry.

Neither vicodin or percocet do much for me. :(

I know a guy who got into a bad car accident a while back, the doc gave him oxycotton and he's still addicted to that. He takes about 25 pills per day and has to see 10 doctors to get them all. That $hit is scary

Percocet makes my nose itch like crazy, I scratch like a crack fiend.

I don't have an addictive personality at all but I could get addicted to pain killers pretty easily

Good stuff. Be careful. Tolerance builds extremely fast, and takes forever to go away.

Oh, and so people don't think I'm a complete druggie, it's 11 p.m. where I am. I'm not standing in formation all drugged up. ;)

Unfortunately this is the third night in a row I've taken it and I don't really feel a difference. I'm pretty dissapointed after listening to all those Eminem songs talking about it;) I'm gonna drink a beer to see if that helps.

Has anyone else had no effects from taking Vicodin? What could be the reason I'm not?

Thanks,

Have another beer on me!

They didn't do anything for my back pain. No pills did.

I had 2 herniated disk at L4 and L5 (well documented on here) and got several Steroid injections for 6 years until they finally did surgery once the injections stopped working.

Tell me about it. When my back and knees are flaring up two vicodin or two percocet don't give me anymore relief than 800mg motrin.

:o I have herniated discs at the same spot. My L5-S1 is also protruding. It is fun when both legs go almost completely numb.

It's worked well for me in the past except for a time when I had some nerve damage where a rib had been cracked. Maybe it doesn't work as well for nerve damage type pain as it does for something like ripped flesh.
