He is accurate on short, intermediate and deep passes
he is very elusive and buys time for his receivers to get open
He has a very quick release
He is smart
His instincts are top notch
His vision is incredible

All of these traits translate to the NFL game.

463 yards on 65 pass attempts. And most of that was after LSU called off the dogs in the second half. He had 56 yards in the 1st, and 136 yards in the 2nd. The score was 27-7 and Geno had 192 yds 2 int 1 td. They rushed for a grand total of 4 times in the 2nd Q.

I am not impressed with these Cassel-like garbage time numbers.

EDIT: In 2010, he only had 119 yds 2 int 1 td against the same beloved LSU.
