I just crushed my head on a metal fixture in a parking garage...
 

Lost a patch of hair and have a nasty cut (not stitch worthy) ... just washed my hair to try and make sure I cleaned the cut and everything but I feel a little woozy ... any precautions I should take? I don't think I need to go to convenient care or anything but I don't feel like dying today either. It's an elevated scrape, really. No blood but it's about three inches long and bright red ... And I'm missing a nice patch of hair to really further the embarrassment.

Try harder next time.

Lay down and take it easy. If the weariness persists, get yo ass to a Dr. nagger.

As an ex-wrestler who's been slammed on his melon more times than I want to admit... unless you're vomiting or can't see clearly there isn't anything the hospital is going to do but give you a hardy hand shake and a pat on the back for about a grand. If you throw up or lose vision get your ass into the ER otherwise put peanut butter on your foot and have the lick it off for about 5 cents.

Consume at least a half gallon of anti freeze. If you're still woozy 10 min later.... Drink more!

You weren't crushed you were scalped. Thats gonna hurt and take forever to heal.

I did a structural analysis of the garage and there's no way this could have happened unless jagged edges were planted there by the government. I think this was an inside job.

You should probably get checked out, you may have a concussion.

Good advice. And don't forget the peanut butter. If you don't have a dog borrow one of the neighbors. They're pretty indifferent as long as peanut butter is available.
