My relationship went down the shitter and she gets to keep bed so I need one. Looks like foam/latex mattresses seem to be the way to go now. I'm looking at ordering one from an online only place so I can't test it out before hand so i'm just looking for some perspective.

I'm about ready to pull the trigger on an amerisleep colonial foam mattress

Anyone here have any input on Amerisleep or any other foam type mattress brand?

When I went through losing my beloved Bed, I just went to the nearest Mattress Company and tested them out.
Foam Topper is the best in my opinion

We bought a Dr Breus mattress about 5 years ago. It was some of the best money I ever spent. It's a bit firmer than a tempurpedic, but you still can't feel the person next to you toss and turn. It also doesn't get hot like a tempurpedic does.
