Pillow suggestions?

I've noticed more neck tightness lately. I generally sleep on my side or my stomach.

Does anybody have pillow suggestions?

I got tired of pillows going flat a while back and picked up this thing, which is a nice blend of traditional pillow + memory foam:

I don't think I'd use it as a stomach sleeper, but it works great for me as a 90% side and 10% back sleeper.

See a doctor about that first and foremost. Also, buy new pillows frequently, nice pricey ones. I have six; 2 firm, 2 medium, 2 your wife's tits.

I upped my pillow game and it makes a big difference.

Did you try flipping your pillow over?

I know a guy.

But honestly, they would probably tell me to change my profession, which is obviously not feasible. I figured a new pillow might help.

My Pillow. Helped my muscles in my neck. Or get a chiro pillow with the bump in the front and the dip in the middle to keep your neck curve in.

You oughta know that sleeping on your stomach is bad for your neck. I used to do that but couldn't went I got pregnant. Don't do it. It's not good for your neck. Chiros go nuts when they hear this. If a vertebrae subluxates or goes out of position it affects the neck muscles. Also works the opposite, with muscles pulling vertebrae out of position.

I use my travel one, even at home. I don't like a pillow that is too high. Strains my neck muscles. These aren't cheap but aren't too bad. But your a doc so you can afford.

Heh...that's not even that expensive as quality pillows go. You can easily pay over $100 for one.

I Hate Big Pillow.

I'll admit that I've never purchased a pillow, so I had no idea.

BucEyedPea 12-01-2015 05:19 PM

The My Pillow keeps it's puff better and doesn't flatten. Can just toss in dryer to re-fluff again even.

Here's their web page for neck pain.

Having a two for one sale for $99.97. Good deal imo. It's a great pillow.

If you have a big life insurance policy, get a pillow that you can breathe through. Your wife knows when you're asleep.
