Maybe a category with "ascending," "there" and "descending" might be appropriate as well. "There" meaning they have reached their ceiling or close to it.

Boom Ch Ka got one of them right and Matt Ryan sure could have made it too. They both have elite qualities.

I like Ryan alot, but he doesnt have elite arm strength on his deep balls. His recievers sort of have to hold up and wait for them to drop at times.

Brady, Brees, P. Manning, Rodgers elite.

No. Definitely not Eli. He was always mediocre, IMO, and this season is down right horrible.
