Can we get some analysis? What's Ultron doing looking all beat the **** up and dragging in some other Stark robot?

Is that the "Holy shit we didn't kill Ultron" scene or something?

If I had to guess, I'd say that Ultron somehow infected a broken Iron Man suit. Since there's Hulk-Buster armor, maybe the Hulk was responsible for beating down the suit, and then the Ultron program gets downloaded into the armor.

I was wondering about that. Really only two options:

1) That's Iron man in the Hulkbuster
2) It's an Ultron-taken-over IM armor in the Hulkbuster.

If 2 that pretty much makes Iron Man useless in A2. Ultron can infect pretty much any electronics/technology...
