Maltodextrin

Anyone played with this?

Apparently, you can blend it with any oil or fat, and it doesn't actually blend, but bonds and encapsulates the oil or fat molecules, and remains in powdered form that dissolves in water (your mouth).

Think homemade bacon powder, garlic infused olive oil powder, pork sausage powder, morel mushroom powder, etc.

It has a huge glycemic impact and will make you fat.

Bob Dole has a hard time believing that used like any other spice/seasoning, it would have a significant impact on weight.

It's not a spice or seasoning.

It has a 100 Glycemic Impact, meaning it's going to spike the shit out of your insulin as soon as you eat it, and if you have it bonded to those fats, that insulin will store the fat as fat in your body.

I'm not 100% sure on the science behind it, but I'm on a high-fat diet and I've been warned to stay away from it or else the fat I'm eating will be stored as fat in my body.

It's a spice or seasoning if you use it as Bob Dole indicated in the OP.
