I'm curious to learn the story behind the title for our favorite draft forum.

Who is/was Saccapoo and how did we come to name this draft forum after him?

One of the original draft guys. Loved him some Northwest teams, especially teams/players from Utah. Seemed like he had one in every mock. Good dude. Always actively engaged. He passed a few years back. IIRC it was cancer but I could stand corrected on it.

Never met an offensive lineman he didn’t love.

Yeah cool dude. Before my time in the draft forum. Poor dude lost his battle with a brain tumor iirc. I don’t even think he got to enjoy any of the golden Mahomes era. Rip Sac.

Dude was a huge Utah homer.

He's definitely been missed.

He hated Branden Albert something fierce. We argued a lot about it but then kissed and made up over our shared love of Geno.

I do miss shooting the shit with Sac.

Sac was one of the best posters here and I miss him.

There’s not a doubt in my mind that he’d be relentlessly banging the drum for Kingsley Suamataia to KC if he was still with us.

There has never been a more Sac pick than Suamataia.

Yep, him and Sataoa Laumea as an OG. He loved his fatties.

Feels like an all-Sac draft would include both those guys, maybe 1st and 4th round. Sandwich in Cole Bishop at S in 2 and M.J. Tafisi at LB in round 7 haha.

Sac was a really nice guy. He is definitely missed. He made draft time more fun.
