Happy cinco de mayo From demonpenz!!!. As many of you know this is the
mexican independance day celebrated all over bars and cantina's in mexico. Everyone knows cinco de mayo is the mexican independance day. Loosley translated into english c inco de mayo means. "Mexican Independence day" The reason this day is celebrated is because in 1918 a battle over a cattle ranch started between. the people of New Mexico and Mexico. The Battle lasted eleventeen days and hundreds of people werewounded or killed, even worse some of them died. By the end of the
bloodshed thepeople killed and wounded came to a total of 9 people. To celebrate the victory the mexicans ate the cows and put what is now called Nacho Cheese on the ground beef The traditional meal was topped of by Potatoe ole's that were ordered by Senior taco John. The Cinco de mayo freedom bell was rang 5 times after the celebrationwas over and recieved the nickname Taco bell. In celebration of this
independence day everyone every is encouraged to eat cinco de mayo.
