Meanwhile, Geno is a well read, we'll spoken English major.

Being an English major isn't anything to brag about.

Maybe if WVU can stand up in that mighty tough Big 12, they will get that chance starting with GeNo.

Excuse you?

Hold more credibility than a Communications major doesn't it?

Well either way he goes, an English major degree could help in the long run.

Romo is a top 10 QB in the NFL.

His biggest problem is that he gets careless and makes bad decisions.

Give me a Romo type who takes care of the football, and I'll show you SB calibre QB.

So people like Romo now? Wtf

I thought I was all alone with Romo!!

...no. They're both bullshit majors. Geno seems smart enough, but "well-spoken"? His use of fillers nearly rivals this guy:

His interviews are fine, but they come across as being a little rehearsed. I don't have a problem with that, but Barkley and Wilson are both much better at informal speaking. I think Geno will do well in his football interviews, but that would be because of solid football knowledge and tape study, not being articulate.

I don't see any of this having much of any bearing on his status as a prospect, but acting like his speaking ability is somehow a demonstration of superior intellect is just silly.

Weaknesses: Uses "fillers" in public speaking.

**** off with that shit...

I like romo, he reminds me of favre.

i blame garrett, if romo was on new england or seattle or hell, even the 49ers. he'd be a top 5 qb

Eat a dick. I explicitly said that it doesn't have any bearing on his status as a prospect.

first, the concensus has been from the start that geno and barkley were going one and two, before all the ridiculous talking head garbage like joekel started. Once again and as always; CP ftw and establishing the curve. Second: you outta yo gawd damned mind wit dat shit. When geno completes the chucky show, hell need a security team to remove the "experts" from his chocolate penii of destiny.

Keep hope alive.

Alex Smith , Matt Flynn , or Kirk Cousins. All three are better than Cassell or Geno Smith. Do we really want to be in the same position we are currently in? Keep Cassell or draft Geno Smith , same story just one q.b. is different.

All three of those q.b.'s are already proven in the N.F.L. Just not given a proper chance to prove it. Geno Smith a rookie no N.F.L. experience and not proven.
