Alice in Chains' live album is just about perfect. Still miss Lane.

Easily my favorite band among the Seattle 90's big names.

You have some excellent choices in there - however Fugazi (I love them by the way 'waiting room' were were there! 1994!) and Front242 and Bob Mould belong elsewhere.

Here's another couple examples of what I'm looking for:

Trouble is, I know their stuff - I love them too ;)

I like that okay - no doubt - a little Jesus Mary Chain feel, maybe...

I never understood why people have to hate on what other like when it comes to music.

My favorite of all-time. That MTV acoustic live CD was recorded to perfection. It sounds UNBELIEVABLE on a high-quality system.

Runner up for acoustic rock is Incubus. Those guys are good.

FYI I loved Cracker.

That's an excellent song Simply.

My brother thought it was Tom Petty when he first heard it! LMAO

Simply Red 11-23-2014 07:01 AM

Thanks,

But Baby Lee - In respect to Bob Mould - Sugar fits the OP mold (lol) a little better for Bob's ventures vs Husker Do - wouldn't you say?

Fuel isn't really what I like.

I think Creed gets some unfair criticism - I really like What's this life for - maybe a one-hit wonder though, I'll agree w/ that.

At that time - I always saw Cracker as elite - pardon the term.

They seemed tighter (as a band) than most. I thought (though they got some radio play) they were underrated.
