Shouldn't this have always been the threshold to reverse?

That's been my biggest complaint since they started all this review bullshit. If it's absolutely clear the call on the field was wrong, change it. If not, move on.

I kind of wish that refs weren't even allowed to see calls in slow mo. Just give them 30 seconds to watch a couple replays at full speed and move on.

How about they just make sure the refs understand what the rules are instead of constantly tweaking them?
