Pioli must surround himself with lawyers or something. Look at how carefully they parsed that response. We didn't "specifically" instruct anyone to suppress fliers.

They've never had any problem with blatantly lying to the press in the past so why would they all the sudden begin playing wordsmith with their statements?

This is true if they have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" which nobody out in public at a game has.
