Presti has made atrocious moves

the Green trade, the Harden trade

shit, I would have taken Steph Curry over Harden anyways and he would have been a PERFECT #3 for a team with Durant and Westrbook

and I said that at the time...I was puzzled when they took Harden even though he ended up being a star as well

...but then they traded him for $0.50 on the $1

they ****ed up a potential dynasty; a shame

Durant won't be getting any titles until LeBron decides he wants to hang 'em up. A shame, really.

He's made good and bad moves like most GMs do. The only person that has done a better job got 3 all-star buddies to sign on the dotted line. It amazes me how Chiefs fans have such unrealistic expectations.

His biggest mistake is the head coach he hired.

OKC (preventing injuries)has a chance to beat LeBron before its over. I've said all along they don't this year.

Memphis took Thabeet over Harden and Curry BTW Hootie.

Your boy Michael wishes he could make one ****ing good pick.

I know they went with Ibaka because big men are harder to find and defense, but he is afraid of big moments. His hands are terrible and for someone so athletic he's a clumsy ****. He can't time an alley pop at all. He's also an overrated defender because he's just a shot blocker and has a low basketball IQ. So yeah, I'd rather have ****ing Harden and spread young guys inside and amnestied Perk.

However, we still have Westbrook and Durant and are set up as well as anyone the next few years

Amnesty Perk

Let Martin go

Bring in a low post player

Roll with Lamb.

It's not like I'm ashamed losing to this Memphis team though. Gasol and Randolph are outstanding.

Everything went our way for awhile. We'll be alright in the end.

The Harden trade was horrible at the time and is horrible now. I'm glad to see you on board with that reality.

I think Lamb can be the shooter we need if Brooks ever plays him. It's always the part of the trade I liked the most.

I said at the time that I would have rather traded Ibaka. Look it up. I only said it wasn't as big of a disaster as some made it. Of course now that the Toronto pick is 12 it looks a lot worse.

Certainly not a bad draft year for Colangelo to throw away yet another first round pick. Of course, I doubt he was thinking about that when he tried to ensure the Raptors' perpetual mediocrity last summer.

They could have afforded to keep him. They chose not to. Very bad decision.

Gotta love those late season meaningless Raptors runs to ruin draft position.

Presti has still done an incredible job building that roster. I might be buying too much into the Simmons take on it but it did seem like ownership pulled in the reins for costs which will also lead to them either re-signing Martin to a reasonable deal or making little moves no longer having cap space this summer.

It's not that I didn't agree with keeping Harden either. It's that I was trying to get you to shut the **** up about it. You whine about it in every god damn post you make. Then you throw out Nate Robinson shit acting like it was a mistake to let him go when you had Westbrook and a healthy Maynor at the time. Mother ****er road the bench here for 2 months. All I'm saying is focus on the here and now, and move the **** on.

Or don't.....

But it would have hurt their operating profits long term.

Sure could use Byron Mullens right now/Pitt Gorilla

Not if you amnesty Perk and trade Ibaka.

I'm going to just start ignoring the Thunder should have made blah blah move now. I'll take my own advice and focus on the current roster.

Sure could use PJ Carlesemo right now.

Miles 05-07-2013 11:42 PM

The Thunder cried poor before the season started and sold it well as some savvy move to avoid roster inflexibility with the cap. Fortunately for their fans they still have a hell of a nice core of talent but not sure they gained any roster flexibility if this upcoming draft is as bad as projected.

The owners needed to decide whether they were in the game for championships or for profits. They chose the latter.
