Since I don't see a dedicated metal thread I thought I should post one.

I will christen it will new Sabaton:

This and Eternity are their pre-release songs for their second Album. Their first, Lux, was playable from front to back. I still crank it for long road trips. If you like the link above, I would highly recommend getting that album.

They are playing Chicago Open Air in a couple weeks so I may need to check them out.

The new Fates Warning album is pretty good for anyone into them or prog stuff.

I like your style. Periphery is legit.

They are playing Chicago Open Air too. It's the first year of the festival and the only US festival to get Rammstein. It has a lot of the usual suspects like FFDP, Disturbed, Korn, etc but also have some unique bands that other festivals don't have like Meshuggah, Gojira, Ministry, Deafheaven, Carcass and Helmet.

Sticking with the Chicago theme, I'm a fan of Immortal Bird. Hard working (touring), female fronted band that are on the rise.
