GEEEZZZ it wasnt that bad. Just pure escapist summer movie crap that Hollywood produces every year. A few canned jokes, CGI and lots of shit getting blown up. There are a lot worse in this catagory than Independence day.

Independence Day was awful. Just cornball crap.

That has it's place. Lighten up Francis.

For the record, I LOVE Independence Day.

Biggest problem I had with Independance Day is isn't it hard enough to blow up 15 mile wide saucers without giving them God Mode shields?

The scene where Foxx and Pacino traded was brilliant.

I don't know about infinitely, but I do think he's the better actor.

That was Smith's finest performance in my book.

I thought Smith was good in Pursuit of Happyness.

That was a good one too.

I like his performance in I Am Legend as well. He doesn't get the respect he deserves from that role because most people expected the movie to be better. I thought it failed due to the writing. Definitely not Will's performance, that's for sure.
