That would be pretty funny. They should call him in tomorrow and tell him he's been traded, just as a joke.

Meh....it's just a star technically. Yeah, it means Cowboys....but it doesn't have Dallas or the Cowboys on it. If he got traded....he could just say it's a regular star.

Don't see the issue. It's the team that drafted him. It signifies a special moment in his life. A memory and event that'll never change, no matter what happens in the future.

The most interesting comment was from a scout who said they felt bad for him because he's a well meaning kid, but there was a red flag that was out of his control. Lots of ways to interpret that but I would bet this isn't the first "interesting" thing we see from the kid in the coming years.

My guess is that your guess is a good guess. Maybe as Laz said, there's an addictive issue atop it as well.

I have to say that I was impressed by him at the draft. He sat there for a couple of days and kept sliding, and he seemed to have exactly the right reaction for it when they interviewed him.

Be funny if he gets cut.
